Lets get to work that has piled up on our desks over time.
First of all - lets select a form of game administration.
====================================
The current method of finding games is rather down graded. It is simply making a topic on the Supremacy forum as a central game search announcement.

Alliance Games Exchange
It is a complete failure. As no one notices the game being called out. And even if they do, simply tend to ignore it.
And the alliance later has to resort to asking alliances individually.
What we need - is a database on the games our member alliances are having.
This way we can track if the alliance needs to play games. And also select future alliance which they can challenge.
And an elected committee views their database and acts as a middleman to get them to play their next game.
The Procedure Below -
(1) Alliance posts their ongoing games at given forum.
(2) Alliance posts how many games they wish to play at a time.
(3) Once game ends, the alliance declares so on the forum. (We should later decide if it is required for the alliances to post their game results as well. Because sometimes scores may embarass the players)
(4) Game Committee overviews the database, and selects a feasible team as their next opposition (if needed).
(5) Challenging alliance excepts the new opponent. (if not, another opposition is suggested)
(6) Game Committee makes the challenge, as a middleman of the challenging alliance.
(7) If the Opposed Alliance excepts - its game on!
